01About

A software
development company
in Bhubaneswar.

IndiaUnited StatesUnited KingdomUnited Arab Emirates

We build websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, CRM and ERP systems, and AI automation — nine services under one roof. One team from first call to launch. One fixed price, quoted against a written scope before any work starts. And everything we build, from the source code to the hosting accounts, is handed over as yours.

Why we exist

02Why We Exist

Most software fails for unglamorous reasons.

The technology is almost never the problem. Projects come apart because nobody writes the scope down. Because the price moves once work has started. Because the design is never shown to anyone who will use it. And because the domain sits in the agency's name, which nobody notices until they try to leave.

So we build custom software the other way round. The specification comes before any number, so the price answers a defined question rather than opening a bid. After that it moves only if you change the scope. There is no room to quote low and recover it later.

The order is the same for a website, a mobile app, a SaaS product, a CRM or an automation. Nine services under one roof means the person who scoped your project is still on it at launch.

Ownership follows the same logic. A supplier holding your code, your accounts or your domain is leverage, not service, so none of it is ever ours to hold.

None of this is a new idea. It is what we wanted every time we were the client and rarely got, so we built the company around it.

What that means in practice

Week 2Launch

Fixed once you approve the quote

Priced as you go — you find out at the end

Both routes can land on the same number. Only one of them tells you what it is in week two.
  • Specification before any number
  • Price moves only if the scope does
  • A named deliverable every stage
  • Domain, hosting and code in your name
03Principles

Six commitments you can hold us to.

Every agency publishes values. These are written so you can check them: each one is either true of your project or it is not, and you will be able to tell which.

  1. 01

    Scope before price

We write the specification first. The number follows it, and it does not move unless you change the scope.

AskAsk to see the specification the quote was priced from, before you sign anything.

  2. 02

    One team, no handoffs

Designers and engineers sit together, so nothing is lost in translation between the drawing and the build.

AskAsk who will be on the weekly call. It is the people writing the code, not an account manager.

  3. 03

    You own the output

Code, design files, documentation and accounts are in your name from day one, not transferred at the end.

AskAsk whose name is on the repository, the domain and the hosting account in week one.

  4. 04

    Say no early

We turn down work we are not right for, and say when a product you can buy beats anything we could build.

AskAsk what we have declined recently, and which off-the-shelf tool we would point you to instead.

  5. 05

    Measure, then claim

Targets are published before the work starts and reported against afterwards, including when they are missed.

AskAsk for the numbers agreed at kickoff, then ask for the report that measures against them.

  6. 06

    Boring where it counts

Proven tools for the load-bearing parts of a system. Novelty is a cost, not a feature, when something must run for years.

AskAsk what runs the database and the hosting, and how long each has been in production elsewhere.

04How We Work

Including the things we will not do.

How we communicate and how the team is set up. Then the short list of common industry practices we refuse, which usually tells you more than a list of the ones we follow.

01

How We Communicate

  • One point of contact who does the work
  • A direct channel, not a ticket queue
  • A demo at the end of every sprint
  • A response within one business day
  • A shared board you can read at any time
02

How We Are Structured

  • Designers and engineers on the same team
  • Work done in your repository and your tools
  • Delivery never subcontracted onward
  • The person who scoped it stays on it
  • Senior people reachable, not gatekept
03

What We Will Not Do

  • Inflate a team to fill out a retainer
  • Sell a rebuild when a repair would do
  • Buy backlinks or fabricate reviews
  • Claim experience we do not have
  • Lock you into our hosting or licences
06Questions

Answered properly.

Where we are based, how big the team is, what we build with, and how a project starts. Including the awkward question about how long we have been doing this.

Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We take on work anywhere in India, and remotely for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Overlap hours are arranged around your working day, and every sprint closes with a scheduled demo rather than status updates you have to ask for.

Yes. We are a young studio, and we would rather say so than pad a page with numbers nobody can verify. What that means practically is that we compete on how we work rather than on how long we have existed: fixed prices against written specifications, small paid entry points like an audit or a single scoped automation so you can judge the work before committing, and no lock-in of any kind. If we are wrong for you, you keep everything and walk.

Small enough that you work directly with the people building your project, and that the person who scoped the work stays on it through delivery. We staff engagements from a core team rather than assembling one per project, and we do not subcontract delivery onward. If a project would need more capacity than we can give it properly, we will say so rather than stretch.

Mostly small and medium businesses, founders building a first product, and operations teams outgrowing spreadsheets and per-seat licences. We work across healthcare, real estate, travel, solar, education and general SMB operations. The common thread is a client who wants to own what gets built rather than rent it.

Next.js, React and TypeScript on the front end; Node.js, Python and PostgreSQL behind it; Swift, Kotlin and React Native for mobile; and AWS, Vercel or Cloudflare for delivery. We keep the list deliberately short so it is a list of things we know deeply rather than a list of things we have heard of, and we choose the boring proven option for anything load-bearing.

Send a short description of the problem, the deadline if there is one, and anything already built. You get a reply within one business day and, if it looks like a fit, a scoping call. After that you receive a written specification and a fixed quote. Nothing is chargeable until you approve that document.

You take everything with you, because it was always yours. The repository, the design files, the documentation and the infrastructure and store accounts are in your name from the start rather than transferred at the end. We provide a handover walkthrough so another team can pick the work up, and we do not hold credentials, licences or hosting hostage.

Yes. We will sign your NDA before a detailed conversation, and every engagement runs on a written agreement covering scope, milestones, payment terms, intellectual property assignment and confidentiality. If your legal team has a preferred master services agreement, we work from that rather than insisting on our own paperwork.

07Next Step

Come and see how we work.

Send us the problem rather than a brief. You will get an honest read on whether we are the right people for it, what it would involve, and a fixed quote against a written specification — before anything is chargeable.
