One team for website design and development in India — for companies here, and for Indian teams selling into the US, the UK and the Gulf. Built on Next.js and React, held to a Core Web Vitals budget enforced in CI, and structured for organic search from the first commit rather than retrofitted for it after launch.

02The Gap

Most business websites lose money quietly.

Nothing looks broken. The site loads, the pages exist, the logo is in place. The loss shows up as rankings that never arrive and enquiries that never come. Here is where it leaks, and what proper website development puts in its place.

01

What it costs you

Pages that take four seconds to paint

A performance budget enforced on every pull request

Route-level code splitting, streaming server rendering, AVIF and WebP images, and font subsetting — measured in CI so a regression never reaches production.

02

What it costs you

A template three competitors are already using

A design system built for your brand alone

Website design starts from your positioning, not a marketplace theme: type scale, colour tokens, spacing and a component library, handed over as reusable code rather than a flattened mockup.

03

What it costs you

Invisible past page three of Google

Technical SEO wired into the architecture

Crawlable information architecture, semantic headings, schema.org markup, canonical tags, XML sitemaps and internal link depth planned before design begins.

04

What it costs you

Traffic that reads and leaves

Conversion paths designed around intent

Message hierarchy, proof placement, form friction and call-to-action logic mapped per template, then instrumented so you can see where visitors drop.

05

What it costs you

A layout that collapses on a mid-range phone

Mobile-first builds that meet WCAG 2.2 AA

Real-device testing, keyboard and screen-reader passes, visible focus states and contrast ratios verified — accessibility and mobile SEO move together.

06

What it costs you

A developer ticket to change one paragraph

A headless CMS your marketing team owns

Structured content models with live preview, scheduled publishing and role permissions, so campaigns ship without touching the codebase.

03Capabilities

Six kinds of website build. One standard.

Website development is not one job. A landing page and a headless commerce platform are different problems — and they get the same performance budget, the same accessibility floor and the same search architecture.

04Engineering Standard

Not a checklist we sell. The floor we start from.

These fifteen items are not line-items on a quote. They ship with every website we build, on every engagement model, because a site missing any one of them is a site that will underperform in search.

01

Search Foundations

  • Semantic HTML5 document outline
  • Organization, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema Schema.org (opens in a new tab)
  • Canonical tags and hreflang for multi-region reach
  • Generated XML sitemap and tuned robots directives
  • Open Graph and Twitter cards on every route
02

Performance Engineering

  • Server rendering with streaming and partial hydration
  • AVIF or WebP delivery with correct sizing hints
  • Critical CSS inlined, unused JavaScript removed
  • Edge caching with immutable asset headers
  • Core Web Vitals tracked from real user data web.dev (opens in a new tab)
03

Trust & Resilience

  • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility conformance W3C (opens in a new tab)
  • HTTPS, security headers and a strict CSP
  • Form validation with spam and abuse protection
  • Automated backups and one-command rollback
  • Search Console and analytics configured at launch
05Stack

A web development stack chosen for what it does to your metrics.

We pick the web development stack per project, from a short list we know deeply. No framework is on this page because it trends — each one is here because it measurably moves load time, crawlability or the cost of the next change.

06Process

A website development process of nine weeks and five stages, nothing improvised.

Keyword research happens before wireframes. URL structure is settled before design. Each stage closes with a named deliverable you review, so you always know what has been decided and what is still open.

  1. 01Week 1

    Discovery & Keyword Mapping

We audit your current site, study the competitors already ranking for your terms, and map search intent to the pages that will earn it. Output is a page-by-page keyword and content plan.

    Deliverables

    • Technical audit
    • Keyword and intent map
    • Competitor gap analysis
  2. 02Week 2

    Information Architecture & Wireframes

Sitemap, URL structure and internal linking are decided before a single pixel is drawn, so crawl depth and conversion paths are designed rather than inherited.

    Deliverables

    • Sitemap and URL schema
    • Annotated wireframes
    • Conversion path plan
  3. 03Weeks 3-4

    Design System & Interface

A typographic scale, colour system and component library are built for your brand, then applied to every template in desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints.

    Deliverables

    • Design system
    • High-fidelity templates
    • Interaction specs
  4. 04Weeks 5-8

    Engineering & Integration

The build runs on Next.js with the CMS, CRM, payment and analytics integrations wired in. Every merge is checked against the performance and accessibility budget.

    Deliverables

    • Production codebase
    • CMS and CRM integration
    • Automated quality gates
  5. 05Week 9 onward

    Launch, Measure & Iterate

We ship with redirects mapped, Search Console verified and analytics live, then review real-user vitals and funnel data on a fixed cadence and act on it.

    Deliverables

    • 301 redirect map
    • Analytics and Search Console
    • Post-launch iteration cycle
07Proof

Websites we built, running in production.

We do not publish a client portfolio. As a website development company we are new, and a wall of logos we had not earned would tell you nothing you could check. What we can show you is our own software — three products this team designed, built and still runs today, on the same stack we would use for your website development project.

Campustrue runs admissions, attendance, fees and results for an entire institution. Beanrow handles floor, kitchen and books for restaurants in one system. Enerixis monitors distributed solar plants and reconciles generation against billing. Each is a production web application with authentication, role-based access and live data behind it — not a prototype and not a slide.

That is the experience behind the website development work on this page: the same Next.js and React foundation, the same Core Web Vitals budget, the same accessibility floor. If you would rather interrogate the method than the portfolio, the engineering standard above sets out what every build ships with, and the full service index shows where web development sits beside the rest of what we do.

Built and operated in-house

  • Three products in production, not case studies
  • The same Next.js and React stack we build client websites on
  • Authentication, role permissions and real data in each
  • Designed, engineered and maintained by one team
08Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

Every build runs on one of three models: a fixed-price project, a monthly retainer, or a dedicated team. The scope decides which one fits, not a package you have to pick before anyone understands the work. Most clients start with a fixed-price project and move to a retainer once the site is live and worth improving.

01

Fixed-Price Project

A defined website with a launch date

We scope the site during discovery, write the specification, and quote a single figure against it. That figure does not move unless you change the scope, and any change is priced before it starts. The right model when the sitemap and requirements are settled and you want the budget agreed before a line of code is written.

  • Fixed quote, written specification
  • Billing against named milestones
  • Agreed launch date
02

Monthly Retainer

A live site that has to keep improving

A fixed block of design and engineering each month, spent on new pages, experiments, performance work and technical SEO. Priorities are agreed with you at the start of every sprint rather than fixed a year ahead. This is how most sites run once there is traffic worth compounding.

  • Sprint planning every month
  • Continuous optimisation work
  • Priority support and response
03

Dedicated Team

A roadmap that needs its own crew

A dedicated team — engineers, a designer and a delivery lead — assigned to your roadmap full time. They work inside your repository, your stand-ups and your release process, as an extension of your team rather than an agency at arm's length. Suited to a roadmap long enough to justify permanent capacity.

  • Full-time allocation
  • Your tooling and workflow
  • Direct access to every engineer

Not sure which model fits? Describe the problem rather than the solution. We will tell you how the build is best structured, what it will cost against a written specification, and when the honest answer is that a rebuild is not what you need.

09Questions

Website development questions, answered properly.

The questions buyers actually ask before commissioning website development work, with real answers rather than a sales line.

Cost tracks scope rather than page count. A focused marketing site typically sits in a different bracket to a headless commerce build or a customer portal, because the engineering, integrations and content modelling differ. We scope in discovery and quote a fixed figure against a written specification, so there is no open-ended billing.

A standard business website runs roughly eight to nine weeks end to end: one week of discovery and keyword mapping, one week of architecture and wireframes, two weeks of design, and four weeks of engineering and testing. E-commerce and web application builds take longer because of integrations, data modelling and additional QA.

Technical SEO is part of the build, not an add-on afterwards. Every site ships with a crawlable information architecture, semantic heading structure, schema.org markup, canonical tags, an XML sitemap, optimised metadata and Core Web Vitals inside Google's thresholds. Search Console and analytics are configured and verified before launch.

We build primarily on Next.js, React and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS, backed by Node.js and PostgreSQL where an application layer is needed. Content runs on Sanity, Strapi, Payload or WordPress, and commerce on Shopify, WooCommerce or a headless setup. Deployment is on Vercel, AWS or Cloudflare with CI checks on every merge.

Every build is designed mobile-first and tested on real devices, not just an emulator. Layouts, tap targets and typography are verified across breakpoints, and the site is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA for keyboard navigation, contrast and screen-reader output — which supports mobile rankings as well as usability.

Yes. Redesigns and replatforming from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or legacy stacks are a core service. We run a content and ranking audit first, build a complete 301 redirect map, preserve URL equity where it matters, and monitor rankings and crawl errors through the switchover so organic traffic does not fall away.

Yes. Post-launch cover includes security patching, dependency updates, uptime and vitals monitoring, backups and content support. You can take it as an ongoing maintenance plan or as a growth retainer that also funds new pages, experiments and optimisation work.

Yes. We deliver remotely for clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the Gulf, with overlap hours arranged around your timezone. Communication runs through your preferred channel, with scheduled demos at the end of each sprint and a shared board you can check at any time.
