02The Gap

The aggregator owns your guest, not you.

Commission is the visible cost. The expensive one is that the guest's details, their history and their next booking belong to a platform you rent access to — including guests who already knew your name.

01

What it costs you

Fifteen to twenty-five per cent to an aggregator, forever

A direct booking engine on your own domain

Real availability, transparent pricing and a checkout that takes payment without redirecting the guest elsewhere. Every direct booking is margin you keep permanently, not once.

02

What it costs you

The same room sold twice on two channels

One inventory, synced both ways

Availability and rates held in one place and pushed to the channels you list on, with bookings pulled back in, so a room sold anywhere disappears everywhere within moments.

03

What it costs you

Guest details that belong to the aggregator

A guest record that belongs to you

Contact details, stay history, preferences and spend held against a guest identity you own — which is the only foundation on which repeat business can ever be built.

04

What it costs you

Rates changed by hand across every listing

Rate plans managed once and pushed out

Seasons, weekday and weekend rates, minimum stays and promotions defined once per room type, applied consistently rather than remembered differently on each platform.

05

What it costs you

Itineraries rebuilt in Word for every enquiry

Packages assembled from reusable components

Hotels, transfers, activities and guides held as priced components that assemble into a day-by-day itinerary and a costed quotation, without starting from a blank document.

06

What it costs you

Front desk reconciling a register against a spreadsheet

Arrivals, folios and night audit in one flow

Check-in, room assignment, folio charges, split billing and a night audit that closes the day, with occupancy and revenue reporting produced from the same records.

03Modules

Start with direct bookings. Add the rest later.

You are not obliged to take all eight. Most properties begin with the pair that stops the bleeding and extend once direct volume is worth managing properly.

01

Booking Engine

Direct, commission-free booking on your own domain.

02

Channel Sync

Two-way availability and rate sync with listing platforms.

03

Property Management

Arrivals, room assignment, folios and night audit.

04

Rate Plans

Seasons, minimum stays, promotions and dynamic pricing rules.

05

Itinerary Builder

Reusable components assembled into costed day plans.

06

Payments

Deposits, balance links, refunds and cancellation rules.

07

Guest CRM

Stay history, preferences, feedback and repeat-guest offers.

08

Reports

Occupancy, ADR, channel mix, source and cancellation analysis.

Most properties start with the booking engine and channel sync, because that pair is what stops the commission bleeding. Front-desk and CRM modules follow once direct volume is worth managing.

04Where To Start

Three shapes of business.

A homestay taking direct bookings and a DMC costing bespoke itineraries are different problems. What differs is scope, not the standard the system is built to.

01Booking engine

Direct Bookings

Choose when commission is the pain

A booking engine on your own site plus channel sync, so direct guests cost you nothing and your inventory never double-sells. Fastest payback of the three.

05How We Work

Fifteen things that hold on every build.

How we scope it, what gets built, and what you keep at the end. These apply whatever the sector and whatever the size.

01

How We Scope

  • We map your current process before proposing anything
  • A written specification before a number is given
  • Fixed price against that scope, not hourly drift
  • Modules sequenced by what costs you most today
  • Told plainly when a product you can buy beats a build
02

What Gets Built

  • Role-based access enforced server-side
  • An audit trail on every record change
  • Mobile-ready screens for staff away from a desk
  • Offline-tolerant capture where coverage is unreliable
  • Reports generated from live data, not exports
03

What You Keep

  • Source code and documentation in your name
  • Infrastructure and accounts you control
  • Full data export, in standard formats, any time
  • No per-seat fee that grows as you hire
  • A handover walkthrough so another team could continue
06Process

Thirteen weeks, process first.

We work a shift at the front desk before designing anything, because the gap between the documented process and the real one is where these systems usually fail.

  1. 01Weeks 1-2

    Process Mapping

We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens, not what the manual says. This is where most projects in this sector quietly fail, so it happens first and in person where possible.

    Deliverables

    • Current-state process map
    • Data quality audit
    • Scope and priority
  2. 02Weeks 3-4

    Design & Data Model

The shared record behind every screen is agreed before build, and interfaces are designed for people entering fifty records a day rather than for a demo.

    Deliverables

    • Entity and role model
    • Screen designs
    • Approval workflows
  3. 03Weeks 5-10

    Build & Integration

Work ships in two-week sprints against the agreed model, with the integrations you depend on wired in as each module lands and a staging environment your team can test throughout.

    Deliverables

    • Production modules
    • Integrations
    • Staging for user testing
  4. 04Weeks 11-12

    Migration & Training

Existing records are cleaned, imported and reconciled against your own totals. Staff train on their real data, and the old process runs in parallel until both sides agree.

    Deliverables

    • Reconciled migration
    • Role-specific training
    • Parallel-run comparison
  5. 05Week 13 onward

    Go-Live & Iterate

Cutover happens with support through the first full cycle, then settles into scheduled reviews driven by what the data shows rather than by a fixed roadmap.

    Deliverables

    • Production cutover
    • First-cycle support
    • Review cadence
07Questions

Answered properly.

What owners and operators ask before moving bookings onto their own system.

We price per property or per operator per year rather than per room or per booking, which is the important difference from most hospitality platforms — your cost does not rise as occupancy does. The figure depends on scope, and we quote against a written specification after mapping how you currently take and manage bookings.

It removes commission on the bookings that come direct, which is the part you control. It does not make aggregator bookings cheaper, and we would not claim otherwise. The realistic goal is shifting repeat and brand-search guests to your own channel, where the margin is permanent — those are the guests aggregators are least entitled to.

We integrate through channel manager platforms rather than building direct connections to each aggregator, because those APIs are gated and change frequently. Which channels are reachable depends on your channel manager, which we confirm during scoping rather than promising blind.

One inventory is the source of truth. A booking taken anywhere reduces availability everywhere within moments through two-way sync, and the engine holds inventory during checkout so two guests cannot claim the last room simultaneously. Where a channel's sync is slow, we set a buffer you control rather than pretending the lag does not exist.

Yes. Razorpay, Stripe and similar gateways handle deposits, balance payment links, refunds and cancellation rules as you define them. Money settles into your own merchant account directly rather than passing through us.

Yes, entirely, and it is the single most valuable thing the system gives you. Guest contacts, stay history and preferences are yours and fully exportable. Aggregators deliberately withhold this, which is why properties that depend on them can never build repeat business on their own terms.

Yes. Rates, inventory and reporting work per property with a group-level view across all of them, and staff access is scoped so a property manager sees only their own site unless you grant wider access.

The booking engine needs a site that ranks and converts, so the two are usually one engagement. That means a fast, search-ready site where the booking flow is designed as part of the page rather than bolted on as an iframe from a third party.
